Q1: What is MEP and what are the packages available?
A1: MEP is Micro Entrepreneurship Program and it consists of three (3) main packages which are:
(i) Personal Consumption Package (CP) = RM1250. In returns, will get product worth of RM 1250 at member price.
(ii) Family Consumption Package (FP) =RM7500. In returns, will get product worth of RM 7500 at member price.
(iii) Business Development Package (BDP) = RM25000. In returns, will get product worth of RM 18750 at member price

Q2: Can I hold more than 1 MEP accounts?
A2: Yes, you can. There is no limitation.

Q3: Can I pay by installment?
A3: Can. You can choose the installment scheme either by 6 months or 12 months with 0% interest. Please refer to our PRM dept for the bank details.

Q4: What is the duration for product redemption?
A4: All products must be redeemed on the spot or you can request company to keep the product for and on behalf of you according to maximum duration for different package as below:
(i) If you are CP, who signed up the RM1, 250 packages, your product can be stored at company for a maximum 4 months after your joining date.
(ii) If you are FP, who signed up the RM7, 500 packages, your product can be stored at company for a maximum 12 months after your joining date.

Q5: What benefit can a MEP enjoy on Strategic Alliances Partner(S.A.P) products?
A5: MEP members able to purchase SAP products using mixture of product points (percentage varies according to products, ranging from 10% to 70%) and cash.

Q6: How and where can I withdraw my product?
A6: You can redeem your product at any of our Easy mall outlet; you just need to provide your member code and present the Identity card. Besides, you also can log-on your CC Area for withdrawal online.

Q7: Was there any delivery charges for online order?
A7: Yes, The delivery charges for online order will be as below:
(i) Purchase at RM500.00 and below- charge RM20.00.
(ii) Purchase at RM500.01 to RM999.99- charge RM10.00.
(iii) Purchase at RM1, 000.00 and above- FREE DELIVERY CHARGES.

Q8: Can I transfer the additional product point to another MEP account?
A8: No, you cannot transfer.

Q9: Can I transfer my MEP account to other?
A9: No, you cannot transfer.

Q10: How can MEP member enjoy commission?
A10: Once the MEP member has fulfilled the conditions and requirements, the commission will calculate twice a month. The first period start from 1st to 15th and second period is 16th- 28th, 29th 30th or 31st (whichever applicable). Commission earned will be credited to his online MEP account automatically at the 7th days after the period closing date.

Q11: Is there any admin fees and charges impose on commission?
A11: Yes. Administration fee of 10% to be imposed on Commission Receivable more than RM1,000. No Administration Fee for Commission Receivable less than RM1, 000. Once all commission is credited into the online account, you can request for withdrawal or transfer to the bank account. Every request of withdrawal is chargeable at RM10. 00 + 0.25% on the withdrawal amount.

Q12 How can I Renew/Re-activate my Account?
A12: When you have achieved Loyalty Bonus, RM1, 250 will be deduct from your commission for reactivation purpose. In returns, you will be supplied with equivalent product at member price.

Q13: How can I enjoy the free products?
A13: When you able to introduce 2 new MEP in any package within the 30 days after your join date, you are entitled to enjoy the free product whenever you introduce a new MEP in the future.

Q14: How "Golden 30 days" being measure?
A14: "Golden 30 days" will start calculate from the date you join as MEP member. For example, if you join on 01.11.09, your "Golden 30 days" will expiry on 30.11.09. Same case if you join on 03.11.09, you "Golden 30 days" will expiry on 02.12.09.

Q15: What is "Achievement Bonus" and how to qualify?
A15: Achievement Bonus is an extra commission given to all newly joined member when they able to accumulate certain amount of new MEP in six (6) Period time after their join date.

Q16: How to entitle for Cash Reimbursement Account, and what is the time duration to claim?
A16: When you achieved the Achievement Bonus for first time, you are entitled a 50% cash reimbursement on a new MEP account you submitted. When a FP/BDP member achieved Loyalty Incentive for the first time, he/she will entitle for a 100% cash reimbursement for a new MEP submitted. All the cash reimbursement accounts will not entitle for commission calculation, and must claimed within six (6) period after qualified.
